Mural project at Cromer Road Primary

The new playground mural at Cromer road Primary School is a vibrant celebration of creativity, mental health, and well-being. This beautiful artwork was created in collaboration with a talented local artist and the amazing young artists of our school community.

Students from all year groups were invited to share their ideas and designs, expressing their thoughts, feelings, and dreams. These designs were thoughtfully incorporated into the mural, creating a colorful and meaningful piece that reflects the voices of our children and our school values.

Beyond being a stunning addition to our playground, the mural serves as a daily reminder of the importance of emotional expression, connection, and positivity. It is a space where students can feel inspired, supported, and proud of their contributions. By involving our students in the creative process, we aimed to foster a sense of ownership, creativity, and well-being.

We are grateful to Rachel, the artist, for her incredible guidance and talent, and to our children for their imaginative contributions. Together, we have created a space that not only brightens our playground but also strengthens our sense of community and supports mental health in a fun, engaging way.
