MP Visit to Cromer Road!
We were delighted to host a PINS (Partnership in Neurodiversity) visit with MP Mark Sewards at Cromer Road Primary School. Visitors from the local authority, NHS, and the Parent/Carer Forum leads were offered a tour of the inclusive practice following the training offered last year.

Pupils enjoyed the Q&A time in the newly refurbished library with Mark Sewards and other adults. They talked about the positive impact of being in the PINS project and how the Zones of Regulation have supported them with their daily check-ins for well-being in school. They were also able to share their understanding of the amygdala when using the Hand Brain Model, based on Dr Dan Siegel. The children also talked about the Window of Tolerance and how to widen this.
We were proud of the contributions that our pupils made and the rich discussion that took place on our inclusive approach since participating in the project.
